By placing an order with Worksong Sourdough LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability: By using this website or purchasing products from Worksong Sourdough LLC, you acknowledge and accept that all products are consumed at your own discretion and risk.
Worksong Sourdough LLC shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, delays, losses, damages, or issues arising from misuse, improper storage, or consumption of products. Customers consume at their own risk.
Food and Allergen Notice:
Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:
Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Sesame, and Nuts
Because products are prepared in a home or shared kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact with allergens. Customers with severe allergies or dietary concerns should contact us directly before purchasing or consuming any products.
Cottage food / Home Bakery Notice:
Products may be produced in a home kitchen or under applicable cottage food laws and regulations. Availability, ingredients, and preparation methods may change without notice.
Fermentation & Nutritional Statements:
Individual experiences may vary, and statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No medical or health outcomes are guaranteed.
Any references to sourdough fermentation, digestibility, nutrient availability, fresh milled flour, traditional baking methods, or wellness-related topics are based on traditional practices, publicly available research, and personal experience. Individual experiences may vary, and no health claims are guaranteed.
Product Availability: All products are handmade in small batches and subject to seasonal availability, ingredient availability, fermentation timing, and production capacity. We reserve the right to modify offerings, quantities, pricing, or availability without notice.
Preorders: Preorders are accepted on a limited basis and are confirmed only after communication and acceptance by the bakery. Preorder dates and pickup/delivery times are estimates and may occasionally require adjustment due to fermentation variables, weather, illness, equipment issues, or ingredient supply.
Payments: Payment may be required in advance to confirm certain orders or preorders. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Pickup Policy: Customers are responsible for arriving during the agreed pickup window. If pickup arrangements need to change, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of baked goods.
Delivery Policy: Delivery availability may be limited by location, weather, scheduling, or order volume. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe receipt of products. Once delivery is completed, responsibility for product storage and freshness transfers to the customer.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Orders canceled with reasonable notice may qualify for partial or full refund at the discretion of Worksong Sourdough LLC. Custom, specialty, or large orders may be non-refundable once production has begun.
Refunds: Due to the perishable and handmade nature of baked goods, refunds are generally not offered after pickup or delivery. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns fairly.
Updates to Terms: These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
